The Southern Mallee Transport Connections Partnership completed it's final project on 30th June, 2013, due to the state government's decision to discontinue funding the transport connection's program.

The Cohuna & District Hospital will, however, continue to update this website until 2021), so that people can continue to access transport related information relevant to the Buloke, Gannawarra and Swan Hill municipalities.
